options are available for your review as you select a new duplex
dwelling or congregate apartment sponsored by Sunshine Meadows
Retirement Community. The following information explains the
available services for all homes.

Garages
Garages are part of the duplex dwellings. Ten garages are available for
residents of the congregate apartments at an additional cost on a
first come, first served basis.
Personal Needs and Special Requests
Another important advantage of being part of Buhler's independent
senior-living community is the assistance available to maintain your
independence. Staff will be ready to assist with personal needs and
special requests. Charges will be made according to the requests and
the established rates for services provided. These services include,

Rates
Apartments are available through rental or purchase. There are three
plans for purchase. In order to purchase, payment for any of these
homes will be made through an Equity Refund Plan. This plan will
convert some of your assets into retirement housing. In Plan 1, the
payment made will be equal to the value of the new home. When you
leave the dwelling, either by choice or by death, Sunshine Meadows
Retirement Community, as owner, will pay to you or your estate an
equity refund based on the following schedule: Ninety-five percent
(95%) for month 1 of occupancy; for months 2 through 101 of
occupancy for the original payment will be amortized at a monthly
rate of one-quarter percent (0.25%); and for month 102 and
thereafter seventy percent (70%) of the original payment amount will
be refunded. Please contact Sunshine Meadows for more information on
